He is survived by: his wife Toni Fowler (Lape); his daughters, Amanda Conrad (Mike) of Butler and Melissa Feeman of Butler; his grandchildren, Rebekah Evans (Ryan), Caleb Conrad, Kyla Feeman and Charlee Feeman; his brothers, Rex Fowler, Ronny Fowler and Russell Fowler (Linda); and his pets, Olive and Bo. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
