He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Blosser and Sarah Blosser; and his grandson Andrew Blosser. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Terry Blosser (Cindy), Tracy Ruffer (John) and Tonya Hammond (Randy); his grandchildren, Blake Ruffer (Sarah), Kyle Ruffer (Gabi), Colin Blosser, Chad Ruffer and Dylan Martin; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Vivian and Brooklyn Ruffer.

The family suggests that memorials be given to Little Eden Camp or North Clinton Church.
