She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Carnes. She is survived by: her daughters, Karla Fannin and Kyna Stemple; her granddaughter Nikki Stemple (Matt Ulrich); her great grandchild Jacqueline Neitman (Nathan); her great great grandchild Malakai Neitman; and her sister-in-law Sally Carnes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home (950 Albert Rd, Brookville, OH 45309). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at the Bethel Cemetery.
