She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Phillips and June Phillips; and her brother Jack Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Paul Smith; her daughters, Holly Yoakam (Michael) and Heather Smith; her grandchildren, Todd Smith, Macailyn Reager (Brendon), Ashley Pratt (William), Joshua Yoakam and Faith Yoakam; and her great grandchildren, Gareth Pratt and Alexandria Pratt.
