She is survived by: her children, David Blevins (Tracy), Robert Blevins (Vanessa), Roger Blevins Jr. (Jen) and Cherie Blair (Bryce); her grandchildren, Audrey, Grace, Mikala, Kara, Paige, Nathan, Brenden, Bryce, Eryn, Sarah, Allison and Walker; and her brother Terry Lunsford (Marylou). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
