He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Ervin and Wilma Ervin; and his brother Jeff Ervin. He is survived by: his wife Sheila K. Ervin; his children, Shawn Ervin (Jessee) of Hillsboro, Bryan Ervin (Tamra) of Groveport and Kelly Marie Tausch of Santa Clara, California; and his brother Mark W. Ervin (Terri) of Reynoldsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home - Baltimore (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (207 S Main St, Baltimore, OH 43105).
