He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Rowan; and his siblings, Theresa, Rebecca Woody, Gene and Allen Roderick.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Rowan (Jason Bass), Tonya Rowan, Lisa Rowan, Greg Rowan and Roy Rowan (Vernie); his siblings, Belinda Keathley, Evelyn Knipe, Mike Woody, Randy Woody and Delmuss Woody; and his friends, Bucky Clark and Doug Bachman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends.
Visitation 12:00 noon to 1:45 P. M. Friday, June 16, 2023 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, 1631 Parsons Ave., where Memorial Service will follow at 1:45 P. M. Pastor Mark Diemer officiating HEALTH SAFETY - Franklin County is currently COVID level GREEN.
