She is survived by: her siblings, Cheryl Maciejczyk (Ed), Brenda Mathias (Craig) and Mark Milliken; her grandson Aiden Salyer; and her nieces and nephews, April Caudill (James), Shelby Sparks (Scott), Garrett Mathias (Hannah), Kyle Milliken (Michilia) and Jesse Milliken.
