He is survived by: his wife Carmella Smith; his children, Kelly Sanders (Michael), Christopher Clark (Lana), Tona Thompson (Brian), Donnie Smith and Patrick Smith (Rachel); his grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley, Alexandra (Zach), Carlianne (Jeremiah), Danielle (Ryan), Joshua, Natalia, Jacob, Aleyna, Gage and Jonas; his great grandchildren, Mya, Kyla, Mehki and Hallie; his sisters, Debra Rose (Archie) and Janice Grimm (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Lyn Falk (Ken), Wilma Epifano and Anthony Epifano (Marty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
