She was predeceased by: her husband William M. Castle Jr.; her brother Howard W. Hicks; and her parents, Lois M. Hicks and Paul L. Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Paul Castle (Cathy) and Susan O'Linn (Patrick); and her grandchildren, Leslie Bodine (Ed), Mollie Petitti (Vince), Emily Annable, Victoria Hembree (Joseph) and David Castle. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Donna requested that donations be made to Peace United Methodist Church, 235 Diley Road, Pickerington, Ohio, 43147, in her memory.
