It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Jean Fields of Pickerington, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles S. Smith and Martha A. Smith (Langley); and her siblings, Martha C Smith, Charles Smith Jr., Mary J. White, John E. Smith, Victor E. Smith and Glenna Haag.
She is survived by : her husband Gene A. Fields; her sons, Mark Fields and Matt Fields (Debbie); her grandchildren, Naomi Fields, Tori Fields and Alexis Fields; her brothers, Rex Smith (Connie) and James Smith (Billie); and her siblings-in-law, Paul Haag and Cora Smith.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the church in memory of Eva.
