She was predeceased by: her father Sterling Paul; her former husbands, Terry L. Rector Sr. and Charles M. Hiser; her husband Robert W. Toy; her mother Ruth Scott (Doan); and her sister Paula Kolessor.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Rector (Theresa) and Gary Rector (Staci); and her stepsons, Steve Hiser (Denice), Michael Hiser, David Hiser (Theresa) and Robert Toy Jr. (Mikki). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces.
