She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Lee Forup. She is survived by: her mother Heather Lynn (Morrison); her husband Matthew Grundey; her children, Kevin Grundey (Stefanie), Brittany Grundey and Kirstin Grundey; her grandchildren, Zara Washington and Aurora Grundey; her brothers, Douglas Forup (Estee) and Brad Forup (Connie); her father-in-law Charlie Grundey; and her friend Kimberly Etzler (Deak). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute to the American Cancer Society.
