With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hind Astafan of Pickerington, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Issa Makhoul. She is survived by: her children, Nidal, Seham, George, Nabil, Amy (Elham) and Tony; her sister Nawal; her sons, Andy, Yara (Angie) and Roula; and her grandchildren, Paul, Rachael, Joelle, Philippe, Hend, Sophie, Nicholas, Anthony and Mila.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that any donations be directed to St. Barnabas Church in memory of Hind Astafan.
