He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McWilliams; his children, Thomas McWilliams (Maria) of Howard, OH, Melissa Balko (Terry) of Canal Winchester, OH and John McWilliams (Rachel) of Weston, FL; and his grandchildren, Chase, Natalie and Makenna Balko.
