He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, William Lewis (Christine) and Tammy Lee (Ron); his grandchildren, Sarah Lewis, Kyle Lee, Jacob Lewis and Kara Shockley (Chais); and his great grandchild Benjamin Palmer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (4701 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
