He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frederick and Betty Ann Tolley (Poling). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Tolley (Bates); his children, Zach Tolley (Randall McKenzie) and Kyndall Smith (Albert); and his grandchildren, Jayden, Emerson and Payton Smith.
