With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Middendorf of Pickerington, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Michael Middendorf; his parents, Robert E. Sr. Middendorf and Eleanor Middendorf; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Louise Middendorf; and his nephews, Brian Middendorf and Robert Middendorf III.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Middendorf; his brother Larry Middendorf (Judy); his children, Matt Middendorf (Shelly), Amy Hoersdig, Lori Seymour (Kelly), Rob Hoersdig (Amy) and Jeff Hoersdig (Kelly); his grandchildren, Riley, Austin, Logan, Chris, Sarah, Nic, Emma, Sophie, Megan and Finley; and his great grandchild Gwen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
