It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Horton of Pickerington, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. McCown and Patricia M. McCown (Wiener); and her siblings, Peggy Thomison and Fred McCown. She is survived by: her husband Carlton Horton; her children, Tabatha McCown, Jonathan Scott (Tiffany), Danielle McCown and Gayln Grube (Aleesa); her stepchildren, Christopher Horton, Shannon Hendrix (Gene), Christina Randolph (Jason) and Logan Horton; her grandchildren, Domenic Farley, Elijah McPheters, Gwyndlyn Scott, Elsa Scott, Johanna Scott, Sophia Grube and Daniel Horton; her sisters, Patricia Vincent, Mary Blevins (Frank) and Jackie Rinehart; and her siblings-in-law, Jud Pate (Tammy), Peter, Timothy Horton and Tracy Horton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
