He was predeceased by: his father Charles Merle. He is survived by: his wife Sally Merle; his stepchildren, Robin Driver (Don) and Scott Gray; his grandchildren, Cass Driver (Valene), Corbin Driver, Cole Driver (Ashley Buckler), Logan Gray (Erika Null) and Dillon Gray; his great grandchildren, Reid, Rhett, Lola Driver, Luke and Ben Gray; and his brother Doug Merle (Betty Jo).
