She is survived by: her sons, Shane DeFazio of Lancaster, Damon DeFazio of San Diego and David DeFazio (Alicia) of Thompson's Station, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Alaina, Adam, Alex and Olivia DeFazio; and her siblings, Charlotte Thompson, Larry, Donnie and Jon Dennison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
