He was predeceased by: his parents, John Konieczko and Catherine Konieczko; his son Michael Evans; and his siblings, Bernice Konieczko, Stella Kosares, Helen Krasinski, Leonard, Milton, Joseph, John and Stanley Konieczko.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Konieczko; his daughter Debbie Swanner (Larry); his grandchildren, Brad Watson and Brooke Parker (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Maggie, Luke and Ben. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Mt. Carmel Hospice, the ASPCA, or their local animal shelter in Dick's Memory.
