He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kinder Kelly Sr. and Delores Carter Kelly; his brother Brian Kelly; and his daughter Kayla Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Mayla Yoacham Kelly; his daughters, Janae Cadwallader (James) and Desiree Perkins (Peyton); his stepson Alex Puckett; his grandchildren, Weston, Owen Cadwallader, Penelope and Mark Perkins; his siblings, Sarah Weber (Jim), Aaron Kelly (April) and Shawn Kelly (Diana); his stepmother Doris Kelly; and his pets, Luna and Cody. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice through the Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio (http://www.foundationforhoco.org) in memory of Bob.
