He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Loy and Grace Eads Loy. He is survived by: his children, Vickie J. Widener (Dana), Fred Loy (Connie) and Mark Loy; his grandchildren, Scott Widener (Natalie), Brian Widener (Shasta), A. J. Loy (Christine), Aimee Smith (Chad), Victoria Bee (Simon) and James Logan Loy (Meadow); his great grandchildren, Jack, Julia, Luke, Crew, Faith, Cecelia, Oakley, Alanna, Callum Widener, Brooke, Brody Smith, Hayden Loy and Finly Bee; his wife Eileen Loy; his great grandchild Jude Thomas Widener; and his brother Arthur Loy Jr..
