He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Posey Sr. and Rosalie S. Posey; and his siblings, Tommy, Ricky, George, Donna and Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Robert Posey Jr. (Lora), Cheryl Blevins (Larry Scarberry), Deborah Posey and Donna Thoman (Troy); and his grandchildren, Kelly Weisheimer, Taylor Hyer (Kyle), Melody Payne, Melinda Holley (Brandon), Austin Posey, Ayden Posey, Cody Thoman (Haley), Chelsea Broersma (Alex), Caleb Thoman (Sarah), Kervens Thoman and Withji Thoman. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Bob's memory.
