He is survived by: his wife Mary "Patsy" Moore (Murray); his children, Wendy Babcock (Edward) of Pickerington, Andrew Moore (Heather) of Pickerington and Lori Moore (Demaco Booker) of Powell, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Padraic Moore (Skylar) of North Royalton, Colin Babcock (Monet) of New York City, NY, Noah Moore of Canal Winchester, Jared Babcock (Sarah) of New Albany, Nathan Moore of Pickerington, Olivia Moore (Nat) of New Albany and Emma Moore (Michael White) of Pickerington; his pet Charlie; and his siblings, Dan Moore (Lisa) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Patrick Moore (Karen) of North Port, FL, Peggy Barber (Dennis) of Dublin and Molly Moore Downard (Cookie) of Delaware, Ohio.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Terry's memory to Tunnels to Towers, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Fairhope Hospice and Palliative Care of Lancaster, Ohio.
