He is survived by: his parents, Richard Powers and Jean Powers (Booth); his children, Braden Powers (Ashley), Mykaela Powers (Logan O'Brien) and Emilee Rowles (Dominick); his grandchildren, Jett Powers, Oaklee O'Brien and Sawyer Rowles; his sister Danette McAvoy (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Cochenour, Bryan Wolfe, Cody McAvoy and Samantha McAvoy; and his close friends, Bonnie and Chad Sims.

Memorial contributions can be made in Todd's name to the American Legion Post 283 in Pickerington.
