He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Zellars Cunningham and Mary Margaret Tedrick Cunningham; and his wife Margaret Lois Caldwell Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Philip L. Cunningham (Sue) of Prospect and David M. (Barb) of Flushing; his grandchildren, Trish Levering of Richwood, Danielle Barr (Ryan) of Lewisburg and Sam Cunningham (Renae) of New Concord; and his great grandchildren, Shad Cunningham, Ella Cunningham, Paul Cunningham, Ben Cunningham and Blair Levering.
