He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Elmer Parker; his sister Laura Parker; and his nephew Nick Parker. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Warner Parker of Piketon; his brothers, David Parker of New Orleans and Douglas Parker (Tiffany) of Peebles; his uncles, Tim Parker of Piketon and Shirley Toney of Arcadia; his cousins, Terri Huffmeyer (Tim), Julie Bowman (Andrew), Kimberly Howard, Phillip Howard, Taylor Toney, Anna Bowman and Tia Bowman; and his nieces and nephews, Jayme Fite (Chase), Rachelle Chandler, Carmelia Parker, Tessa Risner, Hailey Trent, Aubree, Kaylee Parker, Devin Parker, Dalton Risner, Bryce Preston, Cash and Cayden Fite.
