He is survived by: his fiancée Berniece "Neece" Kinzer; his children, Josh Mathews (Courtney) of Beaver, Hunter Mathews of Piketon, Jason "Jay" Stulley of Ironton, Ohio, Jennifer Keesee, Amber Mathews of Waverly, Isabella Knisley and Amanda Moore of Piketon, Ohio; his grandchildren, Bridget, Kyrail, Adriana, Zoe, Zandra, Colin, Kade, John and Karlee "Papaw'; his great grandchildren, Brixton and Ameir; and his siblings, Loretta Walls (Bruce) of Peebles, Tresa Ward (Brett) and Dwayne Mathews (Michelle) of Waverly Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
