She was predeceased by: her parents, Zennie Oscar and Ada Matilda Mustard (Williams); her children, John Woolridge, Donna Mae Anderson and Patricia Rita Williams; her grandsons, Michael Woolridge and Phillip James Anderson, Jr.; her great grandchild Michael Woolridge, Jr.; and her siblings, Raymond, Cecil, Herman, Bob, Paul, Louise, Martha, Opal, Rosie and Nellie.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Edmond Woolridge (Tiny), Leonidas "Leon" Woolridge, Jr. (Charlene) and Roger Lee Woolridge; and her grandchildren, LaDonna Eversole (Carlos), Angel Swain, Rebecca Clifford, Lisa Caplinger (Bobby), Charles Woolridge, Jr., Ronda Harris, John Boedicker, III, Rachel Meier (Jeff), John Woolridge, Jr., Michelle Woolridge and Matt Woolridge (Tonya). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boyer Funeral Home (125 W 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
