He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lightwell and Betty Lois Riggs Tolliver; his daughter Summer Nicole Tolliver; and his siblings, Alexander Tolliver and Karman Evette Burke.
He is survived by: his son William Tolliver of Columbus; and his brothers, Mitchell Tolliver (Michelle) of Greenup, Chistopher Lawrence Tolliver of Ashland and Jason Tolliver of Greenup.
