He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Fitzpatrick and Zella C. Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. Fitzpatrick; his children, Courtney Ingram (Mindy) of Akron, Shallyn Deal Morway of Piketon, Layne "Hank" Morway, Lynnlee Fitzpatrick, Zac and Zoe Ingram; his siblings, Rusle Fitzpatrick (Leslie) of Commercial Point and Roger Fitzpatrick (Jodi) of Ashville Ohio; and his sister-in-law Teresa Ward.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the Fairmount Cemetery.
