She was predeceased by: her parents, Linville Russell and Mella Tackett Russell; her husband William R. Hall; her brothers, Sam and Dannie Russell; and her friend Nelda Jo Maggard.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Woods (Christina) of Waverly and Misti Hall of Piketon; her grandchildren, Katelynn Woods, Erica Woods, Wyatt Woods, Tori Woods and Addison Hall; her great grandchildren, Alanna Woods, Aleiah Woods and Waylon Colburn; and her siblings, Allen Russell (Faye) of Waverly and Linda Williams of Upper Sandusky, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
