He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Cook and Hettie Cook (Jose); his wife Deborah Marie Cook (Lute); and his siblings, Cecil Cook, Delbert Cook, Rosemary Smith and Virginia Cottle.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron Dean Cook and Katherine Marie Noel (Glenn); his grandchildren, Faith Ann Cook, James Zachary Reed (Keirsten), Kayla Reed (CJ Watkins) and Ezra Noel; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brody, Brantlee and Eastyn; and his sisters, Bethel Fox, Margene Frey and Fannie Kreis.
