He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Curtis and Maude Curtis; and his sister Barbara Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Tara Curtis of Dayton and Winston Edward Curtis, Jr. of Portsmouth; his granddaughter Leannah of Portsmouth; and his great grandchild Ivy Lee Newman.
The family respectfully asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
