He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Edwards; his parents, William Paul and Fanny Edwards (Jennings); and his siblings, Wavy Garland Edwards, Virgie and Ruth Edwards.
He is survived by: his brother Virgil Edwards (Barbara); his children, Jonathon Edwards (Gail), Rachel Joost (Randy), Cathy Mackin (Mike) and Doug Edwards (Deborah); his grandchildren, Zachary Edwards (Ruth), Cassandra Edwards, Daniel Edwards, William Edwards, LeAnn Joost, Michael Mackin and Jenna Mackin; and his friend Dorothy "Dee" Throne.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Bird Lake Christian Academy.
