She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Francis and Helen Francis (Frey); her husband William Eldon Monnin; her siblings, James Francis (Hilda), Larry Francis (Dorothy) and Judith Francis; her siblings-in-law, Marlin Powers and Miyako Francis; and her close friend Georgia Wills.
She is survived by: her children, William C. Monnin of Chicago, Helen Willcox (Bruce) of Piqua, Beth Malone (Jody) of Piqua and Jennifer Monnin of Piqua; her grandchildren, Laura Willcox, Nick Willcox, Quinton Malone and Clayton Malone; her siblings, Marie Henman (Richard) of Newport, Shirley Powers of Evansville and Susan Francis of Newport; her sister-in-law June Francis of Piqua; and her friends, Carol Hertel and Karen Stockstill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
