He is survived by: his children, Joseph Cotrell of Piqua, OH, Matthew Cotrell of Piqua, OH and Somer Fitzpatrick (Jason) of Piqua, OH; his siblings, Eddie Cotrell (Sheryl) of Piqua, OH and Angela Shaw (Allan) of Piqua, OH; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Cotrell, Katlyn Jackson, Andy Martin, Jayden Martin and Waylon Fitzpatrick.
