She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnson and Wilma L. Johnson (Phillippi); her husband Lloyd Wayne Nash; and her sister Debbie Phillippi. She is survived by: her daughters, Misty Fulton (Scott Evans) of Piqua, OH, Amber Nash (Joshua Justice) of Dayton, OH and Shelly Nash (Coada Bible) of Conover, OH; her siblings, Mary Slife (Rick) of Piqua, OH, Randy Fisher of West Milton, OH, Tammy Bubeck (Paul) of Piqua, OH, Wilma Pierce of Piqua, OH, Charlotte Epley of Piqua, OH and Barb Johnson-Vance; her siblings-in-law, Carol Killian of Piqua, OH and Frank Nash of Piqua, OH; and her grandchildren, Devin Nash, Jackson Cota, Karlie Fulton and Kendra Justice.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home (646 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
