He was predeceased by: his father John; his brothers, John Hager, James Hager and Don Hager; and his son-in-law Doug Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Grosvenor; his children, Rosita Campbell of Piqua, OH, Heather Frederick (Ray) of Piqua, OH and Cecil C. Hager, Jr. (Melanie) of Glendale, AZ; his siblings, Joe Hager (Barb) of Piqua, OH and Herta Price of Piqua, OH; and his sister-in-law Dee Hager of Murietta, CA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
