He is survived by: his wife Doneda Joy Bird; his children, Stephanie Nickel (Tegan) and Jesse Sutherland (Joseph Pulfer); his grandchildren, Stacy, Liam, Roland and Juniper; his sister-in-law Sandy Bird; and his shitzu Maurice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
