He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ruley and Laura Ruley (Lind); and his brother Douglas J. Ruley. He is survived by: his son Nathan Ruley; his sisters, Renee Bowling (Michael) of Piqua, Linda Francis of Piqua and Chris Ruley; and his close friend June Enochs.
