He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Henry Smith Sr. and Betty Sue Smith (Cornett); and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Smith and Harriet Smith. He is survived by: his brothers, Milton Smith (Melanie) of Sidney, Otha Junior Smith of Sidney, Bobby Smith of Sidney and Paul Christopher Smith (Sherry) of Jackson Center. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
