David Yaney Obituary
We announce the death of David Yaney of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 91. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Yaney and Hazel E. Yaney (Miller); his wife Patricia (Bayster); and his sister Nila Sherer-Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Janeczek (Tim) of Sidney and Benjamin Yaney (Connie) of Red Deer, Canada; his grandchildren, Jacob Janeczek (Kristina), Emily Weaver (Allen) and Adelle Teeter (David); and his great grandchildren, William, Lily, Alexis, Jedrek, Van, Norma, Flossie and Cora. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
