She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cotrell and Stella Cotrell (White); her siblings, Joe Cotrell, Frank Cotrell, Jr., Rick Cotrell, Etta Mohr and Nina Batcheler; and her daughter Candi Skipper.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Harvey-Wray (Brian) of Piqua; her son-in-law Scott Skipper of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Bryan Ashford, Brianna Ashford, Ben Noble, Austin Wray (Carynne), Dylan Wray and Erik Shinall (Brandi); and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Madalynn, Hudson, Waylon and Evelynn.
Memorial contributions may be made to one's favorite charity in Dixie's memory.
