She is survived by: her children, Michele D. Alfieri-Causer (Tom) and Dr. Denise Welker (Dave); her grandchildren, Alexandra Foust (Scott), Tyler Gutman, Laura Gutman, Felicia Alfieri (Christian Kasilag) and Dominic Alfieri; and her great grandchildren, Owen Gutman, Frederick Foust and Lyra Foust.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to St. Paul's Church, 500 N. Downing St, Piqua, OH.
