She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Victor Hunt Sr. and Lela Marie Hunt (Morris); her husband Elwood Nishwitz; her daughter Janice "Corky" Buecker; and her siblings, Harold V. Hunt, Jr., Dean Hunt, Madeline Wright, Lucille Sando, Geraldine Brown, Donnabelle Cavender and Leetta Roemish.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith "Judy" Bruner (Thomas) of Troy; her grandchildren, Todd Bruner, Trudy Stump (Galen), Eric Buecker (Michelle) and Scott Buecker (Jill); her great grandchildren, Logan, Ben Stump, Trent, Tyler, Taylor Bruner, Brooke, Nathan, Jacob Buecker and Abbygail Berger; and her great great grandchildren, Rowan Elizabeth Buchanan and Arlo Montgomery Bruner.
