He was predeceased by : his parents, William McKinney and Earlene McKinney (Smith). He is survived by : his children, Sean Clemons (Robin) of Dayton, OH, Erica Acie (Michael) of Atlanta, GA, Kathryn Moore (Anthony) of Trotwood, OH, Eric Kessler of Piqua, OH, Earon J. McKinney of Piqua, OH and E. J. McKinney of Versailles, OH; his nephew Eric Higgins (Lindale) of Piqua, OH; and his siblings, George Atkins, Lois McDonald, Pauline Henry and Louise Beasley "Lulu". He is also survived by brothers and sisters; a host of nieces and nephews; care-givers.
