She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford L. Powell and Virginia May Sutherland; and her siblings, Jerry Powell, Charles Powell and Mary Ellen Powel.
She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Keith Lance (Jodie) of Piqua, OH, Samuel Lance (Melissa) of Davenport, IA, Doneda Bird (Chuck) of Piqua, OH, Crystal Massengill (Jim) of Lima, OH, Dorie Borop (Jeff) of Chillicothe, IL and Rachel Gasson of Millersburg, KY; and her siblings, James Powell (Kate) of Tecumseh, KS and Nancy Anton (Mark) of Plains, KS. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home (1124 W Main St, Troy, OH 45373). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery-Troy (101 Riverside Dr, Troy, OH 45373).
